Looma, three benefits and a large QR code. Prints well on an office printer.
Patients log attacks in about 30 seconds. Before an appointment they can share a report covering 30 days, 3 months or 6 months: how often and how bad, maps of where it hurts, possible triggers, and the medicines they took and how well they helped.

Looma is a diary and tracking tool for people with migraine. It doesn't diagnose, recommend treatment or replace clinical judgement. Patients decide whether to share their report, and nothing is sent to a clinic by the app.
Logging is free. The report is part of Looma Premium, an optional subscription. Looma is iPhone only for now.
