Weather and migraine

Many people with migraine say changes in the weather, such as a shift in air pressure, seem to come before their attacks. The Migraine Trust and the American Migraine Foundation both list weather changes as a common trigger.

Research results are mixed: some studies link falling or changing pressure to attacks in some people, while others find no clear pattern. A diary of your own attacks can show whether it seems to apply to you.
